Automotive Centre of Excellence International students involved in exciting Formula Ford project

ACE/Kangan international students were involved in an exciting Formula Ford project throughout 2010.
The project which involved repairs using fibreglass, fillers and painting the RF86 Van Diemen Formula Ford with base colour and sponsor logos, was a huge success.
ACE is proud to be able to involve students in projects such as these to give students exposure to dynamic activities in a learning environment.
The car was originally constructed in 1988. In 1991/2 the car was (well known racing driver) Jason Bright's first competitive car.
The racing team owner was delighted with the outcome and now looks forward to competing to win the series.
